This policy explains what Dom Digital collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be legally impenetrable. If anything here is unclear, email dominic.pierson2018@gmail.com and ask.
Who we are
Dom Digital is a marketing agency for window tint shops, operated by Dominic Pierson from Champaign, Illinois, United States.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site or book a call, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, city, email address, phone number, current website, information about the size and situation of your business, and anything you write in a message field.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page. We may also use analytics and advertising tools described below.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is aimed at business owners.
Why we use it
- To contact you about the enquiry you submitted, including by phone, text and email.
- To prepare a proposal or a free website build if you have asked for one.
- To provide and support our services if you become a client.
- To improve this website and understand which pages are useful.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick a consent box on one of our forms, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Dom Digital. There are two separate consents and you can give either, both, or neither:
- Transactional messages relate to something you asked for: booking confirmations, reminders, and updates on work in progress.
- Marketing messages include offers and news about our services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP at any time to opt out. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages about work you have engaged us for.
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information is sold or rented to anyone.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only so far as they need it:
- Website hosting and form processing.
- CRM and messaging platform used to manage enquiries, calls, texts and email.
- Scheduling for the booking calendar on our Book a Call page.
- Analytics and advertising platforms, described in the next section.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, to measure traffic, and to measure the performance of our advertising. That can include tools provided by Google and by Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), which may set cookies that let those platforms recognise a browser across sites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of this site behave. You can also manage advertising preferences directly with those platforms through their own settings.
The booking calendar on this site is embedded from a third-party scheduling provider, which sets its own cookies and is governed by its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and then for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or texts by replying STOP.
Email dominic.pierson2018@gmail.com and we will deal with it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we apply the above to everyone regardless.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
