These terms cover the use of this website and the services Dom Digital provides. Client work is also governed by whatever we agree in writing when you engage us; where the two conflict, the written agreement wins.

The content on this site, including the free playbook and blog posts, is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not account for the specifics of your business. Acting on it is your decision.
You may read, share and apply the free material to your own business freely. You may not republish it wholesale as your own work.
The free website offer
We offer to build a website at no charge for qualifying window tint shop owners. To be clear about what that means:
- There is no charge for the build and no obligation to purchase anything afterwards.
- We may decline to build for any business, including where we already work with a competitor in the same market.
- The build depends on you supplying content such as services, pricing, service area and photographs. We cannot complete it without them.
- Scope is at our reasonable discretion. It is a genuine working website, not an unlimited custom development project.
- Arrangements for hosting, domains and handover will be agreed with you directly, in writing, and we will be reasonable about it.
Fees and payment
Our management fee is $2,000 per month unless agreed otherwise in writing. This is separate from advertising spend, which is paid by you directly to the advertising platform on your own payment method and in your own account. We do not take a percentage of advertising spend and we do not mark it up.
Engagements are month to month. Either party may end the arrangement with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for a current period are not refundable, and we will complete work already committed within that period.
What we need from you
Our work depends on you providing timely access, information, approvals and content, including photographs and video from your business. Delays in these will delay results, and we cannot be responsible for outcomes affected by them.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific result, ranking, number of leads, number of bookings, revenue figure or return on investment. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, your capacity, your reputation, seasonality, competitor activity, how quickly you respond to enquiries, and changes made by third-party platforms.
Any figures, examples or illustrations shown on this site are for explanation only and are not projections or promises. Figures referring to The Gloss Spot Auto Detailing relate to Dominic Pierson's own business and are not a representation of what any other business will achieve.
Third-party platforms
Our services involve platforms operated by others, including Google and Meta Platforms. We do not control those platforms. They can change their rules, algorithms, pricing and availability at any time, and they can suspend or restrict accounts. We are not responsible for their decisions or for any resulting disruption, although we will help you deal with it.
Dom Digital is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Exclusivity
While we work with you, we will not take on another window tint shop competing in your defined local market. That market is agreed at the start of the engagement.
Ownership
Your business name, logo, photographs and content remain yours. Your Google Business Profile and advertising accounts are yours and stay in your name. Systems, templates and processes we use to deliver the work remain ours. On termination we will cooperate reasonably to hand over what belongs to you.
Confidentiality
We will keep your business information confidential and will not share it other than as needed to deliver the services or as required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
